Founder

Ritesh Mathur is founder of F2F Food and Beverage Consultants and has 25+ years of experience in R & D, New Product Development, Setting of R & D Centres, Food Safety, Regulations, Sensory, Consumer Panels, Product Launches and Quality Assurance in the food industry. Have Patents and publications on his name. He Worked at leadership role and leading R &D for reputed companies like McDonalds, Danone, General Mills, Givaudan, Godfrey Phillips and Raptakos Brett. Ritesh is alumni of ICT (formerly known as UDCT, Mumbai) and NMIMS. He is also Secretory of AFST (I) Mumbai Chapter.

Ratanpriya Mathur

Co-founder

Ratanpriya is Cofounder of F2F Food and Beverage Consultants and she is Post Graduate in Food Safety and Quality Management. She is Masters in Home Science and UGC NET qualified. She has  20+ years of experience of which 10 years of teaching experience at SNDT Juhu and Amity University, Delhi. 10 years of experience in research and New product Developement like  Nutraceuticals, Dairy, Bars, Snacks, Breakfast cereals and other categories.

Prof G.K Mathur

Mentor

Is Retired Prof and Head at Dairy and Food Science College at MPUAT, Udaipur, Rajasthan. He has 35 years are teaching and research experience having number of Indian and International publications. He is consultant to many Dairies and SME in Rajasthan. He is visiting faculty and external examiner for various University and colleges across India.

Vani Vijayakumar

NPD Executive

She has 1 + year experience in NPD. Vani is BSc Food Science & quality Control from BCM college, Kerala. she has worked as Quality analyst at Auriga Research Pvt.ltd. Bangalore. She has worked on project for study on effect of Icing on the chemical and Microbial attributes of Shrimp during Ice storage.

Rithika Shetty

NPD Executive

Rithika is Post graduate in Food technology and Nutraceutical from SIES college, Mumbai. She has worked at PatilKaki in NPD for 1+ year. She has hands on experience in traditional Indian snacks and sweets.

Komal Dhanke

NPD Executive

Komal Dhanke holds an M.Tech in Food Engineering and Technology from the Institute of Chemical Technology. She has significant experience in developing innovative food products, such as vegan cheese and curd, and is skilled in optimizing food formulations. Her research focuses on using natural oleogelators to create healthier alternatives to hydrogenated fats. Komal is certified in food safety, including HACCP and Six Sigma. She is passionate about food product development and finding research gaps through literature review.

Monika Yadav

NPD Executive

Monika holds a Master’s degree in Food Science and Technology from DY Patil University, Navi Mumbai. With two years of experience as a New Product Development (NPD) Executive, she has successfully developed a peanut butter rolled oats product for a company, showcasing her expertise in innovative food solutions.

RAJASI KULKARNI

NPD Intern

Rajasi Kulkarni, is final year student of Diploma in Food Technology from PV Polytechnic SNDT University, Juhu. She also completed full time 1 year certificate course in Agriculture from Balasaheb Sawant Kokan Krishi Vidyapeeth.

Aastha Bhat

NPD Intern

Aastha is pursuing her B.Tech. in Food Technology from MIT ADT University. She has completed academic projects on Finger Millet Pudding and Protein Enriched Pasta. She is the Student Ambassador for AFSTI Pune and winner of the Finger Millet Symposium.

Sharvari Raut

NPD Intern

Sharvari is Chemical Engineer and a recent Erasmus pass out from Sustainable Food Systems Engineering, Technology and Business at KU Leuven (Europe).She worked at Puratos (Belgium) for her project and has good understanding of Bakery business and ingredients.She helps team in Product design, Review of literature, mapping global products and sharing international trends

TASNEEM GUFRANA

NPD Intern

Tasneem is pursuing M.Tech in Food Biotechnology at the Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai. She is focusing on the application of enzymes for clean label food product development. She has completed her B. Tech in Biotechnology from SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai,. She  published some research papers and articles on biodiesel production and bio lubricant synthesis. Tasneem is recipient of prestigious DBT fellowship for achieving an AIR of 73 in the GAT-B exam conducted by the Regional Centre of Biotechnology, DBT, Government of India.
